1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Fréquentielle, whose registered office is located at 1188 Gimel, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as «the Customer») wishing to purchase anti-tick medals or any other medals or products offered by the Company, particularly through its website www.frequentielle.com.

2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any order placed on the Company's website implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. By validating their order, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms.

3. Products

The medals, necklaces and stands or any other items offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions in this description cannot engage the responsibility of the Company. Product photographs are not contractual.

4. Price

The prices of the products are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (ATI), excluding delivery charges. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the website at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

5. Order

The Customer places an order on the website by following the indicated steps. Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarising the products ordered, the total price, as well as the delivery terms. The order will only be considered final after confirmation of payment by the Company.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. The Customer may pay for their order by bank card, bank transfer, or any other means of payment offered on the website. In the event of non-payment or a payment incident, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing their order by Swiss Post. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. The Company cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of return costs. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, and undamaged).

9. Guarantee and liability

Replacement guarantee for defective product.
If an item you have received is damaged or different from what you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us to report the issue and obtain a return of the goods within 30 days of receiving the parcel for a replacement.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company. Any total or partial reproduction of the site or its content is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

11. Personal data

Fréquentielle processes its customers' personal data (including name, contact details, email address, order and payment data) to process orders, manage customer relationships and, where applicable, send information and offers on products similar to those already purchased.
The data is processed in accordance with Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
The e-mail address may be used for sending information and offers on similar products or services; the customer can object to this at any time via the unsubscribe link present in each e-mail or by writing to info@frequentielle.com.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, as well as the right to object to direct marketing.

12. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the Company's registered office.

13. Amendment of General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new terms will apply to any order placed after they are published online on the website.
